Nightlights

DSC_4144SMALLYup – 18-200mm lens, you and I will get along just fiiiiiine :D

Really loving the extra “space” and perspective the 18mm gives me, even over the 24mm. Thought the neat purple and blue marbled sky needed to be captured tonight with a quick picture… 5 second exposure, f/11, ISO 200.

Nice. Probably one of the best pictures this lens has ever taken. But – where is the snow? This looks like a pleasant summer evening.

I like what looks like ghost people on the sidewalk, either having just crossed the street or getting ready to cross it. It looks like there are a couple of ‘ghosts’!

Very nice, you even get a bit of the “star burst” effect on the lights, even at f 11. I tried the other day to get the effect of the “star burst” but it didn’t seem to work. Perhaps not bright enough light source? I’ll keep trying.
